A Challenge Group is a private, specialized group on FaceBook where women support, motivate, and hold each other accountable while doing a fitness + nutrition program together!!

You get fitness & nutrition tips, motivation, & recipes. I pretty much keep you on task!!

I’m a certified fitness trainer & nutrition major so you get special, personalized attention to get you to your goals!!

A new challenge group starts each month!

    I am interested in getting information and potentially joining a challenge group. I saw your website on Facebook through past optometry school classmates(Ami, Sara), and checked it out because I’ve struggled with setting up a solid plan to get healthy. I had my son, Blake, 14 months ago and have had trouble fitting in fitness and healthy eating with working full time and becoming a new mom.

    Some of my goals include decreasing my post-pregnancy belly :), gaining leaning muscle and definition, increasing my energy, and improving my eating habits(along with my family).I’ve tried to do this on my own and haven’t been successful. At one point (now about 5+ years ago), I did well with TurboJam with Chalene Johnson, but then I got out of the routine, and I never did focus on an eating plan at that time either.

    I think the information, support, and accountability of a challenge group would be great. I would love to hear back from you! Thanks!

      Good to hear from you!! You went to school with my husband too (Mark Maraman)!!
      We’ve kept in touch with Ami & Sara over the years & they’ve both been in my fitness accountability groups!!

      After having kids it is definitely tough to get into a fitness & healthy eating routine!! Sounds like you’re busy but ready to make some changes!!

      So, let’s talk challenge groups! I have one challenge group per month for women who are ready to make fitness & healthy eating part of their every day life.

      So the challenge group includes seven, 30 minute work outs plus 10 minute abs. You do one workout each day of the week – the 10 minute abs are optional. Each day is different so during the week you are working your entire body & your core!

      The plan also includes nutrition using portion containers & replacing one meal a day with Shakeology. You plan your own meals which I love because my whole family can eat them! You are just paying attention to your portions. Shakeology is a meal replacement drink which I love because it’s a set meal I don’t have to plan (I drink it for breakfast) & it’s full of nutrient dense foods.

      The challenge group is online through a private FB group. Everyone goes through the program together so you post online to stay accountable.

      I lead everyone through the month posting something different each day – tips, recipes, motivation, etc
      I keep everyone on track!! 😀
