Quick Kid-Friendly Recipes (Adults like them too!!)

Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients: yogurt, chopped fruit (my kids like blueberries & strawberries), granola
Directions: place yogurt in a bowl, let kids add toppings

Muffin Cups
Ingredients: six eggs, chopped ham, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, salt & pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs with salt & pepper. Pour whisked eggs into muffin tin & fill halfway. Add ham, cheese, & spinach. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.

Ingredients: 1/3 scoop for kids or one full scoop for adults Vanilla or Chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup ice (kids) or 1 cup ice (adults), one teaspoon peanut butter, few shakes cinnamon, 1 cup milk (kids) or 1 1/2 cups (adults), drizzle of honey Directions: Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth.
