I thought I’d share with you a meal plan that I give to my challengers their first week into a challenge group!!
I provide a meal plan so they can all start off with an easy to follow plan that’s just simple. I make these meals & my kids will eat them too!!
You can take this meal plan, shop over the weekend, prep your food & start on Monday!! Planning meals & prepping food (chopping veggies, cooking meat, etc) ahead of time is THE key to success!!
Oven Chicken Fajitas
This recipe says to sauté ingredients but you can also mix them all together, put them in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Sometimes I just set my oven & let these cook & then they’re ready when we get home!! http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/clean-eating-fajitas/
